Initiate Your Request
Log in to your Vlyme account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return and generate your unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the electronic device in its original box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your package, making sure to remove or cover any old shipping barcodes.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once our technicians verify the device's condition, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
